TSR Legal is excited to be working with a boutique, friendly law firm with offices in Salisbury and Chippenham. This firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Chippenham. The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

  • Manage a mixed caseload, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Builds, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership.
  • Oversee the full conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion.
  • Handle ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits, and issuing contracts.
  • Manage mortgage redemptions and exchange of contracts.
  • Order and report on searches, titles, leases, and raising associated enquiries, mortgages, and management packs.
  • Work closely with other conveyancers to drive growth and maintain high standards in the department.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working within Residential Conveyancing and managing your own caseload.
  • Be confident and professional in written and verbal communication.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Have experience with case management systems and online systems such as those used for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
  • Be proactive in business development and building client relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, positive, and committed to training and development.
