Job Description of a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Utilise various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and align with company values.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their recruitment needs.
- Proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review recruitment performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance service delivery.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on lead generation, sales, and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a recruitment setting.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong business acumen.
