Job title: Senior Customer Service Manager
Hourly rate: 18.46p/h - 20p/h
Location: Chippenham
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm - 37.5 hours per week
Looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to immediately join a Customer Service team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll lead and motivate a dynamic customer support team, driving performance, enhancing the customer experience, and fostering a positive, growth-focused culture.
You'll manage daily workflows via Zendesk, coach and develop team members, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
A customer-first mindset and strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
Confident using CRM systems (Zendesk) (Preferable) , Slack (Preferable), and Office 365 (Essential)
A proactive, resilient, and data-driven approach to performance
