Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled administrator to support the Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) Locality Team within the NHS Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon & Wiltshire ICB. This role includes business support, project management, and administrative coordination for senior leadership on a temporary basis, with a minimum duration of one month and rolling monthly reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management.
- Support project management tasks, including updating risk registers.
- Maintain databases to manage information effectively.
- Coordinate work plans, ensuring deadlines and governance requirements are met.
- Organize and prepare documents required for governance meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong administrative and project management skills.
- Proficient in IT systems with advanced database skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workload independently under tight and changing deadlines.
