The role of a Supply Teaching Assistant:
- Deliver planned intervention sessions to small groups
- Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- One to one support for children with varied learning abilities
- Monitor pupil progress
- Support the class teacher with lesson plans and delivery
- Liaise with colleagues and parents
