Look no further! Our client's Service Support Centre is looking for individuals like you to join its team.

As a team member, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support. But that's not all! You'll also take charge of fleet administration tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate excels in time management, easily prioritising tasks to deliver results.

Your attention to detail will shine as you efficiently handle customer requests within client parameters. 

Salary: £27 - £29k PA

There is a weekly shift pattern. The earliest shift is 7 am-4 pm, and then it starts/finishes every 30 minutes until 9am -6pm.

Annual profit share bonus (after a 12 month qualifying period) and a Christmas bonus ( sliding scale up to one month's salary after 12 months)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Answering inbound calls promptly
  • Providing personalised assistance to customers, managing their vehicle and driver-related requirements
  • Planning, prioritising, and executing daily task allocation using our operating system
  • Performing essential fleet administration activities
  • Collaborating on ideas for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Effective management of diaries, tasks, activities, and action points
  • Nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Monitoring MOT arrivals and managing driver app bookings
  • Assisting with ad hoc inquiries from the info inbox
  • Accurate and timely updating of supplier records
  • Maintaining job records and ensuring data cleanliness
