This is a key role - reporting to the HRD the Talent Acquisition Manager will work as the talent expert in the business and be responsible for recruitment strategy across all roles. You will be the point of contact for all hiring managers and candidates and will therefore be keen to ensure an excellent recruitment process for all stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Manager with the support of the HRD will also work with hiring managers to devise the best talent attraction strategies for their needs.

This role can be offered on a part-time or full-time basis

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Liaise with hiring managers daily to understand needs, review pipelines and update on interview processes
  • Use your wide ranging sourcing experience (job boards, talent pools, LinkedIn etc) to engage, attract and approach the best talent for the company
  • Provide reportimng, metrics and market intelligence to all stakeholders
  • Support managers with recruitment training including latest Employment Law legislation.
  • Engage professionally with 3rd party suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous and extensive recruitment experience is essential - if possible experience of working in-house and with hospitality sector experience
  • Experience of screening candidate applications and conducting online or face to face as required
  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will be highly organised - capable of coordinating multiple recruitment processes at once
  • Providing excellent candidate journey for all candidates
