Wealth Management Support Administrator -

An award winning, employee owned Wealth Management Firm who provide outstanding Financial Advice and Investment Management solutions to HNW Private Clients are looking for a highly capable individual to join their growing team. Working in a team-oriented environment that prides themselves on providing a positive, welcoming and social office culture you will provide technical administrative support to the Consultancy team.

Specific duties will include -

• Processing all new and existing Investment & Pension business, ensuring the administration is completed to the highest of standards.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring queries are managed or past of accordingly.

• Check, reconcile and process all investment transactions, investment trusts, unit trusts and shares.

• Prepare client review packs and client valuations ready for advisor meetings.

• Liaise with third party insurance & investment companies.

• Correspond with clients via e-mail & letter, outlining requirements or duties undertaken.

• Ensure all work is carried out within FCA regulations and within company guidelines.

This is a busy, varied role which will involve processing complex information, managing multiple caseloads and using a variety of systems and processes. It would suit someone who enjoys being kept busy, who is highly organised and can work and prioritise using your own initiative. The company will provide extensive training and an opportunity to learn and develop from a strong stable team, however you will need some previous wealth management / financial services experience.
