Composite Laminators and Fitters - F1

Pegbox is recruiting several composite laminators and trimmer fitters on behalf of an iconic F1 team in Chipping Norton to start ASAP.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in structural composite trimming and fitting for F1 or other top motorsport series.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laminating and / or Trimming and fitting of structural components such as Chassis, brackets, crash pods, etc
• Ensuring all parts meet the required quality standards
• Working closely with the team to ensure production targets are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Skill and Experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the motorsport industry is essential
• Strong understanding of composite materials and processes
• Working from engineering drawings
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent attention to detail

This F1 team runs a variety of shifts, these roles are for the week time Night Shift.

Rates are based on experience as well as shift.
