The Role
We have an exciting role within a tech business based near Chipping Norton as a Client Success Support! This is full time, permanent position, hybrid (2/3 days in office) offering between 36-45k dependant on experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving incoming queries from clients and answering client queries with confidence and clarity
- Serve as the expert on the platform to ensure you provide accurate support and guidance for clients
- Set up new client dashboard and check assessment participation surveys
- Completing AI reporting, maintaining flawless CRM records, reviewing and analyst employee data, and identify trends and risk for clients and the contribution to client FAQ’s
- Submit timely payment collection by ensuring invoices and billing queries are resolved
Experience
For this role, the client is looking for previous high level customer service or administration experience ideally with experience managing data in a corporate setting alongside excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
