Remuneration: £38,000 - £40,000 + £10,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Carpet & Vinyl Flooring will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flooring products such as: carpet & vinyl floor coverings and LVT
- All of your time will be selling into independent flooring retailers
- Initially responsible for circa 175+ customers
- Revenue responsibility approx. £2.5m+
- Visiting accounts on either a 4, 6 or 12 week call cycle
- Account sizes will vary from £2,000 per annum up to £100,000+ turnover
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Carpet & Vinyl Flooring with:
- Field sales experience with independent retail customers
- Ideally flooring field sales experience
- Open to a flooring/ carpet retail showroom background, looking for first step into field sales for example a store manager at Carpetright, SCS and Tapa
- Also open to a flooring field sales background without retail experience, such as experience of having sold into flooring contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Tenacious, driven and hungry
- Ideally you will have a strong need to earn
