Motor Fleet New Business Executive
OTE £60,000 (Basic plus bonus)

Barker Munro recruitment are on the lookout for a friendly and driven Motor Fleet New Business Executive to work for one of our clients who are in an exciting phase of development.
If you have at least 3 years of insurance experience and are looking for a new challenge as a sales executive—this role might be just what you’re looking for. Motor fleet knowledge will be an advantage.
We are seeking applicants with;
- Great negotiation skills and a knack for effective communication (both written and verbal)
- A team player who can also thrive working independently
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- A passion for customer service and the ability to build strong relationships with insurers and clients
Key responsibilities;
- Be a key part of our proactive team handling all things Motor Fleet
- Follow up on warm leads from our outbound team and jump in on new inquiries
- Dive into new business development by creating quotes and binding coverage
- Make sure all covers, warranties, and endorsements are accurate and match the quotes
- Prepare engaging market presentations and handle mid-term adjustments
- Explore opportunities to cross-sell additional products
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and input data diligently
