**Job Title: Commercial Account Handler** **Salary: c £30,000 per annum** **Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm**

**Key Responsibilities include:** - Manage new business quoting, negotiating, broking, and administration.- Negotiate and oversee renewals, ensuring conversions meet or exceed company targets.- Process midterm adjustments and maintain compliance with FCA regulations.- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with new and existing clients.- Communicate professionally with clients and insurers, verifying covers and endorsements for accuracy.- Prepare market presentations for new business and renewal reports.- Attend client meetings for new business and renewals.

**Ideal Candidate:** To excel in this role, you should have: - Commercial insurance experience- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-level customer service.
