Superhero Teaching Assistants (TA's)
Location: Bromley (BR7)
Hours: Flexible, but must have the energy of a caffeinated squirrel
Salary: £85 - £95/day

What You’ll Do:
- Sidekick to the Teacher: Help our classroom hero (the teacher) with lesson plans, activities, and keeping the peace when paper airplanes mysteriously appear mid-lesson.
- Student Whisperer: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need a little extra help. Become their educational superhero.
- Creative Brainstormer: Assist with creating dynamic learning materials, from arts & crafts to digital presentations. Bonus points if you can turn a paperclip into a work of art.
- Classroom Juggler: Help manage classroom supplies, organise materials, and keep the room running smoothly without breaking a sweat.
- Morale Booster: Offer plenty of high-fives, encouragement, and maybe even a joke or two. Every day’s better with a good laugh.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm is Key: You must love working with kids and have the energy to keep up with their endless curiosity.
- Flexibility: Things can get wild in a classroom (did someone say glitter explosion?), so you’ll need to think on your feet.
- Team Player: You’ll be part of a dynamic team, so good communication and a willingness to pitch in are a must.
- A Sense of Humor: Teaching is hard work, but it’s also hilarious. You should be able to laugh at the chaos and still maintain your cool.
- Experience in a similar position is essential!
