We are pleased to be working with one of the most progressive insurance networks operating in the UK today.

They are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant where you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager assisting with the general administration for the business.

This is an office-based role where you would be working at their regional office in Bromley/Kent.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

  • Updating and controlling business letterheads and business cards
  • Assisting in web design in general (website creation, updating existing websites)
  • Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and the ways that users interact with the sites
  • Assisting in document design
  • Assisting in updating social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
  • Administration duties relating to the content library.
  • Submitting ideas for marketing programmes (blogs and content) designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.

KEY SKILLS

  • Building relationships with internal & external customers
  • Communicating and interacting effectively with people at all levels
  • Ensuring adherence to policies, legislative requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards
  • Delivering first time right service excellence
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards in respect of accuracy of information
  • Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Knowledge and experience of using social media platforms for business marketing purposes.
