Job Description:
Theyare seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join theteam. The successfulcandidate will have an active and clear NMC pin and experience working in a care home setting. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' responses.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
  • Support residents and their families, addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
  • Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
