We are an ambitious, agile and friendly construction organisation with a growing portfolio of Clients across London and the South East.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office by providing essential administrative support, exceptional organisational skills are essential.

You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making excellent phone etiquette essential.

Your duties will include:

• Managing subcontractors’ daily schedules for repairs

• Contacting residents and maintaining a good relationship with all clients

• Purchasing and ordering materials / ordering skips

• Ensuring receipts for all purchases are collected

• Uploading and screening subcontractor applications on indeed

• Developing the business through networking

• Updating various spreadsheets daily

• Working towards tight/same day deadlines

• Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace.

• Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.

• Assist the Accounts Manager with Bookkeeping tasks using Xero software.

Skills

• Strong computer skills, confidence in using the MS Office suite.

• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.

• Punctual, responsible and reliable.

• Confident and willing to help expand the business.

The working hours are 9am-4pm.
