Position: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chislehurst, BR7
Contract: Temp to Long-Term
What You'll Be Doing:

Provide 1:1 support to a student, ensuring they feel confident, included, and engaged.

Work closely with the class teacher to tailor lessons and activities to the child’s needs.

Support the child’s emotional and academic development, helping them thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Foster positive relationships, encouraging the student’s independence while offering guidance when needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 support role.

A passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.

Patience, empathy, and creativity in approaching learning challenges.

Ability to work well with both children and the wider team.
