  • Provide administrative support to the financial planners.
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain client records and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
What you need to apply:
  • Previous experience in a financial planning or similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of the advice process.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
