Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting: Analyse customer forecasts, advise on under/overforecasts, and assess future impact on service levels.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, liaise with different departments, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Sales Analysis: Support the Sales Manager by providing data for monthly sales reports.
- Pricing and Costing: Review sales prices, monitor costs, and report to the commercial and sales manager.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, handle contract agreements, and manage customer service aspects.
- Process Improvement: Implement efficient account management processes in collaboration with different teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in successful account management.
- Strong customer-facing experience.
- Graduation or professional business qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
