Job Overview:As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the construction industry. Your role will involve building relationships with contractors, developers, and industry professionals, while meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the construction sector.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, specifiers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on progress.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven field-based sales experience within the construction industry is essential.
