Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:
- Provide expert advice and recommendations across Mortgage & Protection products.
- Work cohesively with the onboarding and admin team to manage cases through to completion.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, introducers and lenders to ensure smooth transactions and repeat business.
Qualification & requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:
- Hold Mortgage advice qualifications - CeMAP, CII or equivalent.
- Must have experience of providing mortgage advice and achieved CAS.
- Commutable to Chorley, Lancashire.
- Some evening and weekend work required.
Benefits for the Mortgage Advisor:
- Basic salary of £28,000 to £35,000 DOE.
- Generous commission structure with realistic OTE of £60,000 to £65,000.
