Credit Controller

RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent company based in Chorley who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the credit controller will be responsible for ensuring prompt payment as part of the credit control team.

Duties include:

• Managing the debtors ledger
• Chasing payments via telephone and email
• Taking payments
• Cash allocation
• Account reconciliation
• Resolution of queries
• Monitoring any potential debt issues
• Debtor reporting

This role would be ideal for someone with experience as a credit controller within a small team and who has excellent customer service skills.
