Location: Lancashire (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to circa 85,000 + package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Delivery Manager to join a leading main contractor to play a pivotal role in delivering a major framework.

As the Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead the deployment of digital transformation initiatives across the framework, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies into engineering, design, and construction workflows. You will be a key driver of change, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes, deliver efficiencies, and achieve outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading digital transformation and change management efforts across the framework.
  • Championing the adoption of Information Management (IM) practices aligned with ISO 19650 and related standards.
  • Overseeing the rollout of digital tools and applications in areas such as: Surveying and scanning, 3D modelling, Digital rehearsals and visualizations, Field management, Asset management and handover processes
  • Acting as a Change Manager for large-scale projects, ensuring smooth adoption of digital initiatives across teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between digital tools and project requirements.
  • Establishing and managing processes to support the Information Protocol and other digital standards.


Candidate

  • Proven experience in change management and digital transformation deployment on frameworks or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • An appreciation of Information Management (IM) principles, including ISO 19650 and related standards.
  • A solid understanding of engineering design, delivery, and construction within a primary infrastructure sector.
  • Experience implementing and managing digital tools in areas such as surveying, 3D modeling, digital rehearsal, field management, and handover processes.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving best practices in digital delivery.
