Key Responsibilities:

As our Principal Educational Psychologist, you will:

  • Elevate the educational experiences for students across our schools and partner schools.
  • Collaborate with school leaders, SENCOs, teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster inclusive and supportive environments, ensuring academic achievement and emotional well-being for all learners.
  • Provide expert guidance to address diverse learning needs, behavioral challenges, and emotional support requirements through tailored strategies.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A positive, dynamic, and highly motivated individual with the ability to inspire and drive change.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, identify priorities, and act with initiative.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with all members of our Trust community.

This position is based in office, with some opportunities to work from home. Regular travel between school sites is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
