- Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements
- Prepare M&A progress reports for vendors and investigate queries
- Support the preparation of budgets for newly acquired businesses
- Assist with preparation of the monthly board packs
- Work closely with Management Accounts and Transactional Teams
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for Group
- Assist with the preparation of the statutory accounts
- Support the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as required

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
