- Liaising with the offices to obtain statements
- Logging into provider portals to download statements
- Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements
- Typing up statements from postal reports to upload to CRM system
- Contacting providers to resolve queries via telephone and email
- Review unallocated daily and ensuring these are being actioned
- Reviewing data for inconsistencies
- Complete month end reporting and analysis
- Other ad-hoc duties and project support
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills
- Ability to take ownership of their role
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
- Flexible and able to cope with change
- Full study support towards either AAT or ACCA, ACA or CIMA
