The Opportunity

This role sits outside of the core accounts team within a business area focused on added value analysis, reporting and business engagement. You'll crunch the data to bring insightful MI to the group and use your commerciality and communication skills to bring those numbers to life. You'll be given the freedom to get out into the business and bring a fresh perspective to decision making.

You'll support sales, marketing, promotion, product and operational teams and have chance to genuinely influence key tactical decisions.

  • Conduct detailed financial / performance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop fresh reporting, commercial MI, budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying trends and variances.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls.

You need to have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and use of analytical tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a genuine interest in business and finance.
