Challenge-trg is seeking Class 1 HGV Drivers for a client in PR7 7NB, with start times ranging from 01:00 to 04:00 and weekend shifts available.
Candidates must have a full Class 1 HGV Licence held for a minimum of 2 years, along with a valid Drivers CPC Card and a digital tachograph card.
The position offers rolled-up pay rates between £19.05 and £33 depending on the shift and day of the week, with standard PAYE rates between £17 and £29.
Drivers will receive a permanent contract and weekly pay, although no guaranteed hours are provided, with a deduction for a 30-minute break.
The role requires reliable timekeeping, flexibility with start times and working days, and a full understanding of WTD legislation.

Weekend shifts available - must be able to work 1 shift over the weekend

The job will consist of a variety of Store deliveries

Fridge experience is preferred but not essential

What the HGV driver can expect:

No guaranteed hours, drivers are paid for horus worked, 30 min break deduction

The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver

A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 2 years required
A valid Drivers CPC Card
A digital tachograph card
A full understanding of WTD legislation
Reliable and excellent time keeping
Flexible with start times & working days
