HR Advisor (Hybrid, Chorley)

Join a dynamic, high-growth company as a Group People Advisor. We're seeking experienced HR Generalists with TUPE expertise to support our ambitious expansion plans for 2025 and beyond.

Role Overview:As Group People Advisor, you’ll lead smooth and compliant TUPE processes, ensuring seamless employee transitions across acquisitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee integration, compliance, and positive experiences throughout each transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support TUPE transfers, ensuring legal compliance and effective communication.
  • Conduct due diligence, assess risks, and develop integration plans.
  • Advise senior management on HR aspects of acquisitions.
  • Support onboarding and culture alignment for new employees.
  • Stay updated on employment law and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • CIPD Level 5 (preferred) with recent TUPE experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ER knowledge and HR advisory experience (AWOL, Probation, Disciplinary, Grievance).
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, with strong analytical abilities.
