I am currently supporting a well-established client of mine with their search for a Regional HR Advisor. This is a true generalist position where you will support the team of Business Partners in delivering the people strategy.

Below is an overview of the role:

  • Partnering with Managers to provide advice and guidance in relation to HR policy and process
  • Supporting with the management of absence and performance cases
  • Assisting with a variety of HR change projects
  • Coaching Managers to upskill in all areas of people management
  • Rolling out legislative changes across the organisation
  • Liaising with the people services team to support all administration needed across the employee lifecycle
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement within the HR team
