We are a well-established, family run, growing IT company that specialises in high quality technical support for a wide range of customers across the UK.

Due to planned growth, we are looking for a highly experienced, forward thinking, problem solving IT expert to join are already very technical team.

The role includes:

  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Providing support for operating systems and applications including but not limited to; Office 365, Window Servers, macOS, Linux, emails, printers.
  • Assisting end-users via phone, email, or remote support tools.
  • Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution
  • Upgrade hardware
  • Resolve any software issues for customers
  • Installing, configuring, and updating computer systems and software.
  • Setting up and maintaining printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or other directory services.
  • Ensuring network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Support customers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner

Experience and skills required for role:

  • Proven background in a IT Technical Support role
  • Vast amount of knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux
  • Experience of hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Active Directory and User Management experience
  • Remote support and IT Tools knowledge and experience
  • Full UK Driving license
