P4 Recruitment areseeking a compassionate Senior Support Worker for a Brand New Supported Living Service in Chorley
This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week at 13.50 per hour, plus 55 for sleep-ins. Shift patterns vary from 3 to 13 hours, including day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-ins, with rotas set 4 weeks in advance and adjusted as needed to balance the needs of individuals and ensure the correct total hours over four weeks.

The house is for adults who live with Mental Health conditions, learning disabilities and/or are autistic the opportunity to continue with developing their skills and knowledge. We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who has experience working within a similar setting.

You will support individuals with all aspects of fulfilling their potential and maintaining their tenancy. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the service runs safely and effectively help manager the recovery support workers and support with induction and mentoring.

Salary - (Apply online only) including 55per sleep

EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
  • Great team player who can flexibly respond to the changing needs of those who we support
