I am partnering with a Company in Chorley who are keen to appoint a part time Accounts Assistant to work in the Accounts team supporting the Finance Manager. This role is part time over 5 days but can offer flexibility on start and finish times and would suit someone who likes variety in their role. Main duties will include:
- Managing the full sales invoice process
- Processing the expenses and company payroll
- Liaising with external companies resolving invoice queries
- Ad hoc reporting and duties
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with good attention to detail. The role will involve working on a Finance database and Excel and system training will be provided. The role offers a level of autonomy to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
