About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join our clients growing team. The projects involved are the construction ofapartments and housingmainly working with housing associations, and the ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bills and schedules for materials, labor, and services
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, including, scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison.
  • Cost reporting and valuation
  • Ensure strict compliance withhealth and safety standardson-site.
  • Liaise with theHousing Associationclient, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Agreeing and producing final accounts
  • Monitor and control theproject budget, ensuring costs are controlled and efficiencies are maximised.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as aQuantity Surveyoronresidential schemes, particularly withhousing associations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, overseeing multiple costings and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to control budgets and manage costs effectively.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
