Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Lancashire.

What the job will be doing• Lead a small team managing planned and responsive property maintenance. • Manage in-house operative team, repairs administration team and contractors to deliver high standards. • Also responsible for health & safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What you will need• Experience in a leadership role• HNC in building studies or equivalent related qualification • Understanding of social housing sector
