Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care.
- Oversee personalised support plans to promote independence and community inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide direct support as part of the rota, modelling best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery.
About You
You are:
- A great communicator with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
- An experienced leader with at least two years of supervisory experience in learning disabilities or autism support.
- Physically and mentally resilient, ready to manage challenges with confidence.
- Skilled in creating person-centred plans and coaching others to deliver the best outcomes.
