Bar Manager

We are seeking a Bar Manager to assist our Hospitality Team in delivering exceptional service to our members. This role is ideal for individuals who are presentable, personable, and possess strong communication skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage ordering and stock control to ensure the bar is well-supplied.
  • Handle bar management tasks including staff rotas, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain security and manage the cellar effectively.
  • Assist in planning and running club events and functions.
  • Work behind the bar as necessary, providing direct service to members.
  • Collaborate with the existing Bar Team who will support and train you in all required areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and suitable for a members’ club environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
  • No previous experience as a Bar Manager required; training will be provided.
