Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead HFI Specialist in integrating Human Factors into the TRINITY design process.

  • Conduct analyses such as allocation of function, task analysis, and usability assessments.
  • Evaluate prototypes and mock-ups of TRINITY hardware and software solutions.
  • Contribute to customer deliverables by producing detailed reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registered membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Factors (or equivalent eligibility).
  • At least five years of Human Factors experience in the defence or safety-critical sectors.
  • A proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams on complex system integration projects.

This role requires attendance at the BAES Christchurch office three days a week.
