Key Account Manager | Christchurch | £35,000

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a background in aerospace or manufacturing? Do you thrive in a customer-focused role, building relationships and managing accounts to ensure seamless operations?  As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while supporting the company’s commercial objectives.

As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and overseeing the order book to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identifying urgent requirements and key areas for improvement, ensuring effective communication between departments.
  • Leading order book reviews and communicating necessary actions to stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Supporting senior leadership with commercial strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Handling key technical information requests and facilitating smooth collaboration between departments.

As the Key Account Manager, your skills and experience will include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer orderbook management within aerospace or a similar sector
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong time-management skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and commercial processes in aerospace or a similar technical environment
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude
