As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Senior Project Manager, overseeing all administrative tasks for allocated construction projects. Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Based in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Contract Administrator:

  • Collaborate & support the Contracts Manager with the preparation, drafting and delivery of contract agreements.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the team including budgeting, scheduling of works, uploading contract drawings and following the health and safety procedures.
  • Daily monitoring and updating the progress of projects using the CRM system and MS Excel.
  • Working closely with the estimating and site-based teams ensuring they have everything they required to carry out the work.
  • Support the Contracts Manager in placing orders with suppliers, securing the best prices and quality for sub-contractor services and materials.
  • Respond efficiently and take ownership of customer queries.

What you will need to succeed as Senior Contract Administrator:

  • Previous experience within the building industry would be preferred.
  • Previous knowledge working on contracts or projects would be ideal.
  • Someone able to multi-skill effectively and work in an ever-changing environment is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to pick up tasks at speed and accuracy.
