Resident Services Manager

Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a part-time Resident Services Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will require a enhanced DBS for this position.

Working Pattern:
Monday and Thursday: 9 AM - 2 PM (Days can be flexible if needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, adhering to company values and policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, always striving for improvement.
  • Manage daily operations, including parcel management, security oversight, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs of incidents and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and managing agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct weekly management checks and submit reports on occurrences and maintenance issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT and numeracy capabilities.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and building management systems.
  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, data protection, and access entry systems.
  • SIA and IOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential.
