Warehouse Operative Church Stretton SY6Pay rate: £12ph 18-month Temporary contract We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client, a leading Life Sciences organisation based in Church Stretton. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Warehouse Operative responsibilities: * Accurately pick and pack orders for onward distribution* Handle incoming deliveries, verifying goods against documentation, and complete the incoming receiving process* Perform inventory counts in designated storage locations* Prepare, dispense, and finalise packaging of products for distribution* Maintain a clean and organised working environment* Work carefully according to EH&S and Quality guidelines* Accurately record all process tasks* Contribute ideas and participate in Continuous Improvement projects* Support Materials Production team on site projects and initiativesWarehouse Operative required skills: * Ability to accurately follow work instructions and record information* Strong attention to detail in task execution* Open and effective communication skills* Excellent teamwork capabilities* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new working methods.Warehouse Operative additional Experience (Desirable, Not Essential): * Hands-on work experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings* Familiarity with SAP manufacturing systems* Experience working to ISO9001 Quality standards* Forklift driving licenseWarehouse Operative Pay: * £12.00ph Warehouse Operative Shift: * This role is an 18-month Temporary contract, 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to FridayTo be considered for this role as a Warehouse Operative, please apply directly and call or email To keep up to date with all new vacancies please follow our Facebook page - Gi Group Central Recruitment Team
