As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating customer orders and managing the movement of goods. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure timely and accurate delivery, helping to meet customer expectations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders and managing an order book.

Coordinating the scheduling and transportation of direct and bulk deliveries.

Managing logistics documentation.

Communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitoring deliveries times.

Managing available inventory in relation to customer allocations and forecasts.

Reviewing and processing logistics invoices

About you:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or sales administration.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
