Typical responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive maintenance service revenues.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
