Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth business services company based in Gloucestershire to recruit for a Financial Controller. Hybrid working offered. This is a pivotal role with the business, providing business partnering and timely and accurate financial analysis to stakeholders across the business,Key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the monthly management accounts and providing effective decision support.
  • Business partnering support with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Preparing KPI and stakeholder reports and assist with the completion of the Board report
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Providing insightful financial and commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee cash flow, and working capital
  • Assist with statutory audit/tax/accounts preparation process
  • Manage a small finance team
  RequirementsThe successful candidate will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Strong Excel and experience of management is desirable.
