Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth business services company based in Gloucestershire to recruit for a Financial Controller. Hybrid working offered. This is a pivotal role with the business, providing business partnering and timely and accurate financial analysis to stakeholders across the business,Key responsibilities will include:

Oversee the monthly management accounts and providing effective decision support.
Business partnering support with key stakeholders across the business.
Preparing KPI and stakeholder reports and assist with the completion of the Board report
Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Providing insightful financial and commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
Oversee cash flow, and working capital
Assist with statutory audit/tax/accounts preparation process
Manage a small finance team

RequirementsThe successful candidate will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Strong Excel and experience of management is desirable.
