Our well established, high-end client are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their closeknit team as Support Assistant. This will be a permanent opportunity based from their offices located in the picturesque town of Cirencester. The position can be offered with flexible hours to be worked across Monday - Friday.

They are a small team therefore, a willingness to get stuck in is essential and an interest in property highly advantageous.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company who really care for their employees. You will work closely alongside the Rural and Professional Department and will have the opportunity to grow into the role and take on more responsibilities as you progress, making the role your own. You will also have the opportunity to attend property visits. To be considered for this position previous office experience is beneficial however, our client are happy to provide relevant training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-Assisting closely with property valuations, including inspections, research and drafting reports

-Pulling reports together and ensuring RICS compliance

-To support in the delivery of other client services, this could include liaising with clients and their research on technical areas, and assisting with land and farm sales

-PA & Office Support for the Head of the Rural Department including booking and attending appointments as required

-Production of tenancy agreements / licences, terms of business and invoices

-Being on hand to answer phones and assist with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, stationary ordering etc

-Manual and electronic filing for the department

-Develop a working knowledge of Promap (mapping software)

-To provide ad hoc support to the other members of the team as required

Candidate Attributes:

-Strong Microsoft Office skills

-A proactive approach to work with the ability to use your own initiative

-Well organised, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

-A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills

-Flexible approach to work and willingness to get stuck in

-Full UK driving licence

Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5:30pm (hours worked could be negotiable for the right candidate)

Salary: £25k per annum (FTE) + benefits including free parking provided, gifted birthday off, subsided Bupa at employee cost available, 3% employer pension contribution and discretionary team bonus
