Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in driving new logo and existing business for managed service and cyber security technology. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and offering tailored managed services and advanced cyber security technologies to meet their specific needs. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in cyber security and technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both cyber security managed services and technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' cyber security challenges and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of managed services and cutting-edge cyber security technologies, aligning them with clients' specific needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets across both service and product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts, to create customized proposals and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in the cyber security space.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the cyber security or IT services industry, with a focus on managed services and/or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, including managed services, threat intelligence, incident response, risk management, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
