Seeking an experienced sales administrator to join a highly reputable real-estate company in the Cotswolds!

9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover required (1 in 3 or 4).

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to a fast-paced residential sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Professionally handle client communications, safeguarding confidentiality while fostering trust and positive relationships.
  • Manage various tasks, such as drafting terms of business, verifying identification, preparing sales memoranda, tracking expenses, recording costs, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform client onboarding, screening, and due diligence in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Create, proofread, and distribute property sales details, contracts, valuation reports, and client communications to the highest quality.
  • Assist with invoicing, recovery of overdue payments, and managing supplier accounts.
  • Update and maintain property databases, ensuring accuracy for sales and contractor compliance records.
  • Ensure electronic filing systems are up to date, maintaining data integrity across all platforms.
