Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Managing the breakfast service, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to maintain a smooth transition into lunch service.
- Supporting stock control and ordering, helping to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are upheld at all times.
